Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are a private group cardiology practice that is opening a new PET MPI services. We would like a brochure that emphasizes our New PET MPI and what that is as well as all of our other services offered at our practice. Minimally The front of the brochure should have the physician group picture with their names, our clinic logo, the PET MPI, our address, phone, fax, website. The inside should include the information regarding what the PET MPI is (included as an attachment to this project). The back should have the map with our location on it, and all the other services offered as written on the attachment to this project. When listing the services on the back , please make sure you spell everything correctly and list them accordingly. The names of the physicians in order from Left to Right are Snehal Patel, MD, Bhupendra Turakhia, MD, Rakesh Shah, MD, Jinesh Shah, MD. The brochure should be 8 1/2 inches in height and when opened be 11 inches in length. It will be a bifold brochure.
