Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We would love a logo design for our new company. The owner is one of the world's leading trial scientists (but don't think science cliches), he is an attorney and a clinical psychologist. The Leone Institute provides services including jury selection for trial, preparing witnesses to testify, we create trial themes, study jurors, etc, etc... Our clients are extremely high profile attorneys and law firms. The owner, with his previous law firm, has won over 20 billion in verdicts. Think high esteem and professional. BUT he is also extremely charismatic and light hearted, so a little charm would be welcome in the logo. Lastly, "Leone" is his last name. And the company is made up of him, his two daughters (also lawyers), and his wife. They all have the same last name and it's a family business. And "Leone" means lion!

UPDATE: We have settled on the idea of the face of a lion, but a modern or abstract type of lion face so it does not scream lion. We have received a couple ideas in this vein and like them the most so far. Also "Leone" should be bigger than "the" and "institute". We would love to see the words with lines kinda like below (but imagine the three rows to be of equal length with the size and fonts making sense. Can have a couple examples without the lines too, but we want to keep "Leone" the largest word. With the lion face to the left of the words.

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• The name: The Leone Institute. "Leone" should be bigger than "The" and "Institute". We prefer the colors blue, gold, white (but open to others).
  
  A place for email, phone, and website on the business card.

Schön zu haben

• We love the idea of the back being mostly blank, with maybe a neat border, or even a faded lion so that you can write notes or information on that side A lion doesn't have to be in your face. Could be in the background, or abstract. But open to whatever you come up with!

Sollte nicht haben

• Just do not been too cartoonish, still stay in the professional arena. We have found we are not loving the color red when it is super bright like a fire engine.
