We need a logo design for my new consulting company we started in 2019. Below is a description of our Vision & Mission statement.

Vision:
Action-Plan-Consulting provides first-rate professionalism, strong teamwork capabilities, solid educational foundation and a passion for operational solutions.

Mission:
To provide our clients with operational solutions through documented practices that will streamline their operations and lay a foundation for the company and teams success.

Services Provided:
1) Work Instructions - Work instructions or standard operating procedures (SOP) should be very detailed on “how” to accomplish a specific job, task or assignment. For example, a work procedure or instruction could be developed for assembling the final housing of a product with step-by-step instructions including such detail as the torque requirements of the fastening screws. Individual work instructions are very specific to an industry or company.
2) Work Forms - Work forms are used to create records, checklists, surveys, or other documents used in the creation of a product or service. Records are a critical output of any procedure or work instruction. They form the basis of your operational communications, audit materials, and operational improvement initiatives
3) Visual Aids - Visual aids can convey messages quicker and invite more awareness than written information. And this also means exposing defects and problems to allow them to be addressed sooner.
