What we need:
We want an awesome design to create a poster that will be plaque mounted in our staff room. We just went through a very motivating workshop to discover our "WHY" as a company...basically, to define the reason we are in business, and to define what motivates us to come to work every day. The poster must be motivating but really resonate with our team…we are not looking for a “typical” motivational poster that we can purchase off Amazon!
Who we are:
We are a property management company, a team of 20 that is passionate about our investors, and residents who rent from us, but more importantly, we love helping people and making a difference in our industry. We are proud and work hard for every single 5 star Google review we achieve.
Information for you:
We have included a mock up of the poster, which words we want, and the placement of them (in a general sense) but we need a designer to really bring this together in an inspiring poster that represents our company’s culture, feel, and fit. We have also included a logo file, as well as examples of our business cards, letterhead and thank you card already designed.
Here are the parameters:
(1) Poster size: 24” x 36”
(2) Full colour
(3) Must incorporate our company logo
(4) Must incorporate the following words:
