Hi im not sure on the dimiensions. Its a 4 oz round cosmo bottle with a twist top. I order my bottles from sks bottling and packaging online. If you can pull up their website at put 40z round cosmo bottle does not matter what color, you can see the bottle that i use I will try to upload one but its much easier if you google the company, please let me know if that helps. I would say double side (front and back) or roll over bottle I wil let you decide on that
