Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Design a new logo to re brand towards more security services rather than a generic communications business. New logo must be rectangle for display on website, tshirts, signage etc.
Current logo (attached) is a bit boring and old, we want something edgey and new.
The business focus is around CCTV installation, Security systems, alarms, intercoms etc. If we could use a graphic of one of the above systems would be good but not essential.
Must be visible straight away that we are a security company and our primary focus is around CCTV/Alarms etc.
Battleship Grey is the primary colour (#6b777f)
other colours are white and black.
New logo must be modern, edgey and exciting while still being professional.
