Due to the project's simplicity (i.e. copying an existing website, but designing unique graphics, etc.), I will not make the payment "guaranteed" in case no one can really deliver a simple result like this.

Budget is very low for a coded website. Would you like to increase the budget once you finalize a design.

but it's mainly 3 static pages out of which two are of empty content.
so, the budget might be relatively low (even though design crowd has specific fee to make it coded and this fee is included), but the workload is also not that excessive

I have just added an extra payment of EUR100 for the best design.
Please remember that once logo, business card, and website are finished, the designer will be given access to Joomla Cpanel to set the pages.
