Hit enter too soon there :) No; social distancing doesn't mean that, nor did our governor cut off the internet. But I'm assuming you know the answers to those questions before asking them, right?
What you're missing and failing to understand is that due to the health crisis; we had / have more important things to do to ensure the continuity of our business and taking care of our customers and staff. Yes; this got put on the back burner for a few days. Did that somehow deeply harm or affect you? Was a few days of not seeing a response on a project really worth you coming back with a rude statement to us? We're essentially YOUR customer; and deserved more dignity in a response than what you provided. I was up front and honest about what occurred, and asked for a simple deadline to be moved.
You re missing a point here too. You are not my customer, you are receiving free designs propositions and did not find it appropriate to take a few minutes to provide proper feedback
