Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a simple yet functional logo for a small animal (dogs and cats) veterinary clinic. I want it to stand out, not be too busy, not too cute, and it should be memorable and professional. Colors are gray, orange, and blue. Clinic name is "The Pet Doctor". It will be used on a sign, website, letterhead, shirts, all over! We are located in a small, rural farming community.

Ideas I have are attached. This was just my brainstorming, it does not have to incorporate these. Also I thought something with a dog or cat wearing a stethoscope or "being the doctor" may be fun.
