Illustration-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need the illustration for a 4 page brochure. The “evergen home” illustration has to graphically show a number of Energy Generating and Energy Saving systems that can be installed inside or on the house, with a cut away of how they will look connect to appliances inside the house. The final illustration will be a combination of the two images below. Each system (Solar Thermal, CHP etc.) has to be shown as it would look installed and connected to its components.

Solar Thermal – goes on top of the roof and will have cold & hot pipes and a hot water cylinder located in the store room/utility room as shown in first image
Solar Electric – goes on top of roof and has an Inverter which is installed in the LOFT and connection to the electricity Meter as shown in second image
Micro CHP – this is a boiler and is installed inside the kitchen with pipes to hot water cylinder and electrical connection to the electricity Meter
Heat Pumps – will sit on the floor against an outside wall with electrical connection to the Meter
Energy Efficiency – this will be installed on a wall inside a lounge or kitchen.

BROCHURE
This will be a A4 double sided (folded A3) brochure as follows –
Front Page – just the illustration and some text
Pages 2/3 - the inside of the brochure will be a double page spread) with actual photographs (like on the second page below) and descriptions of the different systems.

As regards the drawing of the house, please bear in mind in England, houses are two storey high and made of bricks with tile or slate roofs (black or brown).
