Grafik-Design Kurzbeschreibung

My company has an assessment and training program that teaches employees how to adopt 18 psychological outlooks (or mindsets) that will make them happier at work, more resilient, emotionally well and, ultimately, more successful.

To that end, we need a graphic that shows these 18 Outlooks inside (or around) a head or brain. The idea here is that we want to capture the concept that these are mental capacities and that our program will help people improve what’s going on inside their heads.

I’ve attached a simple mockup I made with some of the 18 Outlooks (note that the graphic does not need to have the words “18 Outlooks” it just needs to have the names of each of the 18 outlooks). I’m clearly not an artist, but you can see where I’m going with it.

We just need the graphic (preferably in a form we can also edit, we have Photoshop and Illustrator and PowerPoint) because we’ll be using this graphic in our reports, eLearning courses, etc.

Below are the names of the 18 characteristics. They’re pretty much equally important BUT I’d like to see if perhaps the first 9 (Optimism through Striving) could be a tiny bit bigger (or bolder or otherwise more emphasized) than the last 9.
