Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

***I want the logo to be very generic and plain. We offer many types of services, so I don't want the logo and text to have pictures and look too busy. Without descriptive words and pictures the logo should portray professionalism and cleanliness. Make it clean and simple. No need for descriptive images because we add new and drop old services all the time. I want the logo colors to be Maroon and White, a third color of Grey or Black if needed. I need this logo to work for all possible property services so I don't have to change it again. Please make sure the text portion of the logo says "On Point Property Services" . This logo will go on the side of our service vehicles, so if possible please submit design example of a vehicle.***

• ***See project description for must haves. Please make Maroon and White the main colors. A third color of Grey or Black can be used if needed. The color wheel does not have maroon, so please don't submit your design with the pinkish color I had to pick. It needs to be maroon, not pinkish***
  
  Once we decide on a company logo for On Point Property Services, I plan to develop signage for our vehicles and trailers that will include a list of services, name of company owner and phone number. (see above)

Schön zu haben

• There is a local company called "Ag Town Property Maintenance" out of College Station, TX. They provide services to most of the same clients as us. Their logo is simple like I want mine to be. you can google image them and see their logo if you need an example. Understand though, their services are different than mine. They basically do construction projects, as we maintain the grounds and keep things looking nice and clean.
  
  Once we decide on a logo for On Point Property Services and develop proper signage as above, we will want to design letterhead, t-shirts, caps and business cards
