Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a new company caled the result expert.
We help ambitious women become a better version of themselves and increase their life quality through our PRO-method, which put simply says that the quality of your Purpose, Relations and Operations deteminates your results. So theese are the three areas we structure our work in accordance with.
We would like yo se designs that uses the colours black combined with silver or with (or bronze/gold if white/silver dosent work).
The design should communicate high end quality and growth through focus, relations and actions.
We would wery much like the attached illustration (the one with the ladder) incorporated in the logo (or as an graphic element that we could use along with our logo), because it illustrates our method perfectly, and makes it simple to explain.

Furthermore we need three seperate icons illustrating:
1) Purpose/focus
2) Relations
3) Action
Some of our ideas can be seen in the attachment.

Finally we attached a logo we love the style of.
