Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a new logo created for our latest Real Estate Development in Lisbon, Portugal.

You have 2 days to submit your suggestions to be qualified for the final selection!

The project is located in Benfica district of Lisbon so maybe something with 'Benfica' or just the letter 'B' will do the work: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benfica_(Lisbon)

The logo have to be somewhat similar to the previous two logos (No.9 & No.37) which are attached here. Attached is also the one-page Teaser for the Benfica Project.

I need it for my pre-launch brochure and marketing collateral.

The task is easy enough:
- 2 days
- simple, elegant, clean
- follow as much as possible my previous 2 logos
- black and white
