JD land development Logo creation. This is a logo for a home builder and town home development company. We wanna work with patriotic colors of the American flag. We also want to integrate outlines And shapes of a house and integrate that into the design.

Our target market is primarily people driving by house development sites. We want to catch their eye with a great sign. The eventual size of this logo will be on a 2‘ x 4‘ sign. We want it to reflect professionalism, patriotism, and unmatched creative design.

Muss haben

• Use of patriotic colors from American flag. Similar blues. Similar reds. Black lines as well. Logo should be something that can be used on a large sign at least 2‘ x 3’.

Schön zu haben

• Creative but distinguished combination of the letters J and D.
  
  the outline of the house integrated into the design.
  
  Company is located in Colorado so outlines of trees or mountains.
  
  A potential reference in design of the American flag or any part integrated into the design.

Sollte nicht haben

• The logo will need to be eye-catching from a distance on a large sign on location of house/ land development site development.... So we don’t want to see cursive or difficult to read letters from a distance.
