Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Dear creative minds, I am in need of your talent! I am looking for a creative company logo for my company CatalysTech. We are a start up technology consulting company and what differentiates us from other companies is that when other companies just change your technology, we bring people, technology and process together. The name was inspired because just as in science a catalyst can spark a change or a reaction, our work has been the catalyst for true change within a company. We know this because we measure actual results, like increased revenue, workload efficiency and reduced cost.
And when these 3 points do come together that the world looks and feels differently. It has harmony and is freeing and life giving to the common worker.
I myself am creative in technology and process, but not design, so I envy your talent! I'm so excited to see what you bring! Bring on the creativity! :)
P.S. This is a female run business, so I would like some options that make this subtle statement. It needs to be subtle because most of my prospects would likely be male, and it needs to speak to them more than me.

• The colors used in the logo will be used on the web, in pdfs, powerpoint presentations and hopefully some day on shirts and swag. Please keep this in mind as you design! Happy creating!

Schön zu haben

• Color options. I like seeing the items on a white background. Clean and crisp!
  
  I would like to see the idea of a connection and transformation. Something similar. I really like the color scheme here. Notice the primary color is the light blue that is the background. It doesn't have to be the primary color of the logo, but it needs to be included.

Sollte nicht haben

• Should not have teal or blues as the only colors.
  
  There is a LOT of blue in the tech world, so I would love to see color options/variety.
  Please do not use CT in the logo - a C is fine, but CT is not.
