Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

The name of my company is "U Matter Realty". I believe in the "you attitude" principle in crafting sales messages. I also believe in the same principle when conducting business with a client. Their needs come before mine. So I want my logo to reflect this principle. I would like the words "U Matter" to remain together and "Realty" to be below on its own line and smaller in point size. The viewer should instantly recognize that the logo is about real estate sales. I like the colors orange, green and blue but not dark versions like forest green or navy blue. Can use two or three colors.
