Thanks for the invitation.
But in this budget development/coding in DIVI, and then install the whole site in godaddy server is not possible.

Please note, our process is design the home page first, then required inner pages.
Then all the design is converted into HTML/CSS and then a developer will implement and develop in DIVI theme.

I hope you can understand the process of works and hence the time needed for this job.
So if you need a full functional website you need to increase the budget.

Please send your thought on this.
