Hi Aixa - I don't know a lot about design. I've taken this from Squarespace where my website is hosted - this will be used as a banner image on my Squarespace website

• 1500 px wide
• .jpg, .png, and .gif image formats
• image resolution limit of 60 MP (megapixels)
• Save images in RGB color mode
• Save images in the sRGB color profile
• image files of less than 500 KB work best
