Recreate the entire medal. It needs to be great detail and everything vectorized .

It is a government issued medal, it has no copyrights on it. I am not sure about the examples that I have included but I am looking to make a new image.

I am looking for a full vectorization of the image that I can use in a laser program. The file will be cut down to 0.001 mm in some areas. That is why I need the detail.

This is the first time I have used something like this and not 100% sure how it will work out. I think I am asking for an easy task because you have what I want and it's not something out of thin air. I will be picking the best file possible. If I do end up see a few that I really like I will make it guaranteed no problem.
