Photoshop-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need to take 3 images we have and combine them to create the main "backdrop" scene scape that will be on our new app set to launch this fall. We are looking to take the nature scape of a mountain range and impose the city skyline into the water reflection at the base of the mountains. There is then a 3rd image of a woman in a stretching pose that we would like to silhouette (slightly transparent) into the nature/city combination image. The nature scape is actually a video loop where you can see movement in the water and we would love to keep the video element of that movement if possible without having to go to a still image. The final design should represent the striving for life balance and bringing the "nature state of mind" into urban life to create peak mental wellness and brain performance. EDIT TO ADD: We have added a couple of additional images to better describe how we would like to see the woman put into the landscape in a slightly transparent fashion.
