Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung
We are building a social media platform (like Facebook) which caters to online video game players. This includes an app that runs in the background on your PC which will automatically capture your greatest gaming moments automatically and allows you to publish them to our platform. You can then share those moments with your friends via the web or our cross-platform mobile apps.
IMPORTANT note regarding colors:
1) We would really like to see a DARK and a LIGHT theme concept. In other words, we want to see what the logo looks like against both a dark background and a light background.
2) We really like the idea of having blue tones and dark tones as a mixture of base colors....but we're open to new ideas too!
3) I am uploading an image of other logos we have considered. The main things we do *not* like about our current concept is:
a) it looks a little too common (some people have said it looks similar to the Chrome logo) and
b) although not a hard requirement, it's not obvious that Ekko relates to something in the video game industry.
c) the current logo looks more like a "productivity tool" and less like a fun, video game related app.
4) Whatever logo we end up with should be recognizable AS AN ICON which helps with branding elements.
