Grafik-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a graphic created for a community event that is aimed at families with younger children called Kidz Fest. This is a free event and has a fair/carnival feel to it with rides, games, and food. I need the graphic to be flexible enough to be able to be modified and used in a variety of ways on different print and digital marketing materials. I also need the centerpiece of the design to be an event logo that can be used as a standalone element.

The overall feel needs to be fun and friendly with a slightly modern edge to it. Attached are some images used in past events. These are for reference only and do not need to be simulated or used in the final product.
