Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung
I am a commercial real estate broker representing a 16-story office building downtown. The building is currently named after the largest tenant and that tenant will be moving out at the end of the year. We need to rebrand the building for our marketing. It is at a major downtown intersection with several steakhouses and full service hotels. The building has a unique T-shaped floorplan (pictures attached) - a profile of the building could be a good option but not required.
This logo will be for digital marketing materials mostly and signage for the building. Fort Worth has a historic western culture and is known as "Cowtown".
The address is "115 W. 7th St." - Either use the address or "Main & 7th" can be used. If a slogan makes sense "Downtown Fort Worth".
