Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Update of our festival form for 2020. We want a form that is as clean looking as possible with as much information on the form as possible. We would like the form to be fillable and have a running total at the bottom. I must be able to update information on the forms. We want to include a statement.
COVID-19, We are following the Center for Disease Control and prevention, and state and local guidelines to stay safe from COVID-19. While attending this meeting, please follow all posted instructions. If you are sick, please stay home. Cover your cough and sneezes. Feel free to wear a mask. Let's help each other stay safe and healthy. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risk related to exposure.

Our partners compete to raise the most funds for our organization. If it's possible to put a breakout in the form of who the vendor is sponsoring, that would be great. For example: some vendors sponsor one or two companies, some sponsor 4 and a few sponsors all 8. Another item we need to highlight, most people sign up for the event to sponsor and not attend. Make it as obvious as possible if you're not attending . We need the names of the people attending only.

Dates to be changed:
1. Change event to 22nd Annual KPF festival (both pages)
2. Change event date to October 3rd 2020 (both pages are locations)
3. Change hotel reservations due by: September 1st (both pages )
4. Bluegrass tours change date to Oct 3rd
5. Golf change date to Oct 3rd and add Saturday, Oct
6. Change registration deadline to October 1, 2020
