Would it be possible to alter the logo?

No. I just finished a design crowd competition and that was the clear winner for me. The logo stays. I don't think that changing the logo is drastically going to change or improve anything. Anything else?

Out of curiosity, by how much do you think the budget should be raised to fairly compensate the winner f to code the website.
