Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for a new company based in Toronto called 'Effing Dice'. We are manufacturing dice with the word FUCK instead of the 1, since rolling a 1 equals a critical failure in most tabletop roleplaying games.

For the logo itself, I would like a 20-sided die, with something like #@!$, denoting the four letter swear word, without any actual swearing within the logo. The side with that should be facing the viewer. I'd also like the logo to include Effing Dice, the name of the company. Something fun, playful, and memorable would be ideal. I will also need a version without the wording for favicons and the like.
