Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo design for a new company based in Rhode Island called "Martingale Marine". We service and maintain yachts, with our premiere service being a monthly yacht management that allows the vessel owner to be assured that their boat is being well maintained and keeps them from having to deal with any of the headaches of boat ownership.

The final design should be nautical in nature and communicate a cutting edge, premium image (almost luxury, but without looking too expensive). I would like to see designs that uses blacks/greys, hues of blue, and am open to the possibility of red accent colors. Vector images with transparent backgrounds are necessary, and I would like it to be able to be used on a variety of media including on the side of a vehicle, a website, or a shirt.

I will upload a few files that have designs that I like. Each of the files represents a general style that I am in to, and I am not wanting to try to directly replicate any of them.
