Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are a research and advocacy that sells flow and creativity knowledge and applications----essentially we are using evidence and creating applied strategies to increase flow and creativity in your life/community & local government, and culture. What other meaningful reason for existence is there?
Our target audience will initially be those that can either fund projects or those that can become fellows of our FLOW ADVOCATES program. So our logo Innov8 centre needs to be appealing to both Boomers and Gen Zoom....Boomers pay the bills, whilst Gen Zoom become the Flow advocates.
I provide my attempts at a logo (Attached)
I like the contrast between blue and red--- but love more darker reds and darker blues
The logo's associated with INNOV8 are also shown below and I would love if someone to replicate in the same fashion with the musical notes, the paint brush (to denote creativity) and the big cog surrounded by 4 smaller cogs, and the dollar sign interconnected with 6 round circles (denoting people being connected around money....not 1 dollar sign for 1 person....which a lone dollar sign implies)
