Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We intend to create a real estate services company for foreign people (mainly British and German). The company will not only dedicate itself to mediating between buyers and sellers but also to develop urbanization projects, construction and decoration of luxury homes, provision of legal services, administrative procedures, property management, etc. We need to design a logo but we want an elegant logo that avoids the use of "hackneyed" elements such as the figure of a house, some keys, etc. We have thought of something that evokes the area in which we find ourselves (Costa de la Luz, Andalusia, Spain), such as the geometric figures of Arab origin that can be seen in traditional Andalusian tiles. The colors we want to use are black (for the letters) navy blue and sky blue (for the logo or figure). Gray could also be used, if the creative thinks it would look better that way.
