Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Our mass tort law firm recently began putting an emphasis on our local personal injury litigation practice (car accidents, slip-and-falls, wrongful death, etc.), an area of practice that we have been involved in on a smaller scale for a long time. In the area where we are located (Edwardsville, IL, Southern IL, and metropolitan St. Louis) most of the community members associate our firm with mass tort litigation (big cases like Juul lawsuit).

Currently, there are not any law firms in our community that residents would consider as “the local personal injury law firm”. Our goal is to fill this void by rebranding ourselves with the hopes of becoming the law firm that locals associate with “the local personal injury law firm”. We hope to use this logo to increase our community brand recognition as personal injury lawyers in Edwardsville/Southern IL/St Louis until we eventually become "Edwardsville's personal injury law firms" “Southern IL’s personal injury law firm” and “St Louis’s personal injury law firm”.

The logo you design will not replace our current logo. However, we will use this logo design on merchandise, stationery, flyers, and other marketing material used in the local market to promote us as personal injury lawyers. The design itself and the message that it presents will have a major impact on the success of this campaign. The design should be creative, attractive, memorable, and clear cut in its messaging. It should communicate that we are a locally based personal injury law firm comprised of community members that care about their clients. I have attached our current brand logos. Although they do not have to be used in this design, we would like to use the same color pallet 7f3c45, 737373, b3b2b2, and white. If there is a creative way to include the "THL" box logo into the design, that would be encouraged.

**Important Notes About Logo Text**
Finally, as far as logo text goes, we will likely swap out specific locations with "local" and specific personal injuries with "personal injury". The design should be flexible so that we can do this - For example, if we are handing out bags at an End distracted driving advocacy event in Edwardsville IL, we would adjust the logo to say "TorHoerman Law - Edwardsville's Car accident law firm". If we were giving out shopping bags at grocery stores in St. Louis, we would adjust the logo to say "TorHoerman Law - St. Louis' Personal Injury Law Firm". And if we wanted to increase the number of trucking accident cases in Southern, IL, we might give our employees t-shirts that say "TorHoerman Law, - Southern Illinois' Truck Accident Law Firm".
