It is a vector file which is an editable and high-resolution file. It will help to animate the image properly because there are so many small details in your jpeg file.

Hi dear client, I'm so interested in this project. Just one quick question what file format would you prefer for the finish animation that would work for app splash? for example .gfif, .mov, .wmv, .mp4, and so on. And by the way don't mind on spending for the vector file of the image, you tasked us to animate it so a still image would not be helpful, recreating it as a 3d animation is what you may prefer, am I right?
