Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Our company is called "appertura" and we deal mostly with programming web applications.
Our current logo can be seen at http://www.appertura.com/ and we would like to do a visual update or complete redesign. The colours of the new logo should play nicely on a white background (but should be possible to place it on a dark background as well).
