T-Shirt-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Our non-profit bike group is looking for a long-sleeve jersey design. We had the printer get the design started, but we need someone with a good creative eye and knack for mountain bike jerseys to drive the design home and make it look more cohesive and identifiable. It needs someone who understands designs that incorporate the outdoors.

Our trail system is along the massive Brazos River in Houston, TX, so we wanted to incorporate the river wrapping around the shirt, or some contours to help make the shirt pop. The topography that makes our trails so fun was caused by the Brazos River meandering and leaving behind enormous depressions, so that's the theme we decided to incorporate into the jersey - a meandering river similar to the Brazos. The area around our trails is also very densely forested and can be swampy.
The current "river" image is a LiDAR shot of the Mississippi river, which can be found on google. We are not super attached to the camo or the contours, although we prefer contours instead of camo. Having both might be a little too busy. We like the TX topo watershed map on the back, but of course it needs some serious revision with our logo.

The visible template is a full long sleeve, but the actual jersey will be a 3/4 sleeve. The existing design is about 60% complete, in my opinion. I have included an image of how the current design could be modified in order to make it better, but we'd like to start fresh with a new designer who knows what they're doing. The aspects are there, but we need a professional to re-do it and make it look legit so that people will actually want to wear this!

Attached is the current front/back for the jersey, a blank jersey template, as well as our organization's logo set (FBMBA and IMBA).

Several examples of cool jerseys with a similar theme are attached at the bottom as well (files 9-12).
