Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a new property management company based in Oakland, CA called "Ukiyo Realty". We manage residential properties for owners to relieve them of the daily stresses of property management allowing them to enjoy the benefits of their investments and be more present for the important moments in life. As housing providers we take pride in ensuring our properties are of the highest quality by partnering with our resident renters to ensure they are able to fully enjoy their home, know their rights as renters and assist them in negotiations with the property owners.

We'd like to see designs that involve water, a mountain or both and use the color blue to depict the SF Bay Area coastline. I've attached several examples of the Ukiyo-e art for inspiration. If you use a mountain I'd prefer it to be inspired by Mt. Tamalpais, 'Mt. Tam,' from the SF Bay Area instead of Mt. Fuji from Japan as depicted in the original artworks. I've also attached a couple photos and art of Mt. Tamalpais for reference.

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• My project must have a water scene. If a mountain is included it should be complimentary to the water scene, not the center focus. Any mountain should be off-center in the logo.

Schön zu haben

• I'd really like to see art that is a version of "The Great Wave" art that I attached. I'd really like any mountains to look like Mt. Tamalpais, I've included attached photos for reference.

Sollte nicht haben

• No houses, no buildings, no windows, no people. No text only logos please.
