Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo for our commercial property inspection company. We inspect commercial buildings such as warehouses, office buildings, apartment buildings, medical offices. This is usually done when someone is purchasing the building and wants to make sure they know the condition of the building. We don't want large sky-scraper type images included on the logo as that's not really a normal job. We prefer blues , greys and whites on the color scheme. We want the design to communicate professional, trustworthiness and confidence.
