Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am a small business consultant and need a creative logo created.

I would like the finished product to be 3 x files (all based on the same design):
File 1 - The logo which includes "TH, Tamara Haddow, Small Business Consultant" as a square size.
File 2 - The same as above but as a rectangle size.
File 3 - The "TH" from above designs as a square logo on it's own.

I would like the 'TH' to be designed in a creative format (see photo ideas uploaded) which will form part of the main logo but also as a separate logo to be used on it's own - think of the Nike tick.

I have 2 ideas in mind about what the design will look like which I have included below but I am also open to other options.

Overall I want the design to be eye-catching with colour but also still professional, and not too feminine.

I would like the colour palette to be blues (all shades) and black/white.

Design ideas #1
The background of the logo to be the shades of blue in a kind of splashback style design (like photos attached) however I don't want it to look too much like a paint splash, just more so a coloured background.

I would like the font to be black and the font style to be a bold/luxurious font (see attached ideas).

Design ideas #2
The background to be white and the text to be in a multi-coloured font - still all shades of blues. And the same font styles as above. See attached ideas.
