Onsite CIO needs a new brand and logo. Originally, the concept for the company name was a play against all the other tech companies who would rather their clients never saw them and only provided remote support. The CIO part comes from small companies needing expert Cheif Information Officer consulting, but aren't big enough to pay for one.
The concept is still the same, but the name is boring and a little confusing.
Our company thrives on strong, long term relationships. Our average client has been with us for over 11 years, some have been with us for over 20.
We truly mean it when we say "we’re helping businesses every day with highly experienced, friendly faces behind the investment we share in supporting your business."

2 main things. First, our primary responsibility to our clients if to protect their data. Hang with me here when explain that I love elephants, an old soul feeling that initiates trust. And as they say, an elephant never forgets... So that association I feel works well for us.
Second, our second primary responsibility to our clients is to make sure they are up and running, not just tech support-wise, but are using the most exciting yet stable cutting edge (not bleeding edge) gear, software, services, security. We're tech people who are human and take that extra step with our clients to find out about their business goals, their staff and their clientele so that we can work with them to provide the tech that serves those needs.
So, what do we want? A new brand name and tag line that reflects the above. A logo that at once invites trust and shows our support of our client as a very human/crucial thing. Images included below are just first blush ideas I made. Not married to them at all.

- We serve a lot of architects and I was previously one. I tend to gravitate to a more printed looking font in all caps (handwritten, but NOT cursive or script) like you might see on old architectural drawings...but I realize sometimes that doesn't always translate well in a design.

- Anything predominantly "geeky". We're a company of smart, friendly, people dedicated to serve smart friendly people in small companies. We focus on their company and its goals.
Brand name should NOT be Onsite CIO.
