Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are looking for a logo for a professional mentoring initiative from older to younger people. The definition for "Momentum" as per the Cambridge Dictionary is as follows:
the force that keeps an object moving or keeps an event developing after it has started
The design will be used on the websites, on social media and on print, not on shop facades etc.
Ideally, the logo works both as / with the word MOMENTUM and also standalone, like the Nike swoosh.
Form: the motion has to be forward and up and should resemble the supportive gesture from a stronger for to help a weaker force!
Color-wise we're open to suggestions, however please refrain from black / white, we're looking for something classy, vibrant, action-oriented, full of force and drive, not too pale.
Many proposals we receive look like the logo of banks / insurances, it should NOT look like that!
