Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo design for the newly formed "greenlight consulting group" that hopefully includes the elements of the file provided. The brand should embrace my military/aviation background which speaks to my detail-oriented approach that helps small to medium sized business write, implement, and monitor strategic and/or operations plans. These services include detailed process analysis and documentation, producing aviation style reference documents, checklists, and standard operating procedures that improve efficiency and effectiveness while allowing owners to step away from the front lines with confidence and work on strategic initiatives, other projects, or take time off. A company with greenlight on their team should experience greater consistency, accountability, and results to specific problems/objectives identified in initial surveys.

Note: The idea is taken from a military jump light, when the green light goes on, troops jump out. Lots of preparation to get to that point, then it is time to act and adjust on the way down. A couple examples of the actual green light (drawn + actual) are provided for reference. I would like to see the green light included in some designs and green used for the color. Aviation and/or military feel is ok, just not wanting too over the top. Thinking tagline of: "Ready. Plan. Go."
