We need a brochure design for PointLeader: a new online talent management product line that combines cutting edge, Cloud-based technology with over 65 years of workforce research to give employees, managers, and human resource professionals information about jobs, job-fit, and job performance that is fair, predictive, and easy to use. The PointLeader product line includes five specific products: PointLeader Competency Profiler, PointLeader Potential Assessment, PointLeader Performance Measure, PointLeader Learning Management, and PointLeader Development Index. These tools are integrated and aligned to a robust competency model and can be used together as a system, or each alone for job analysis, employee selection, performance measurement, and learning management.
Our mission is to help workers and their organizations succeed by making our 65 years of research relevant to current workforce issues. We want the brochure to capture this competitive advantage, as well as the return on investment for PointLeader.
