1 or 2 stars will crash the profile of the designer. CAN You give text feedback for good design.
If possible, remove 1 or 2 stars and simply eliminate them.

But unless you like the design, you can directly Eliminate

Can you remove the low star ( 1 and two star ) , if you don't like the design that has been submited, just leave or elimination it. because low star can give bad risk for account of designer. Thanks for your understanding
