Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung
In response to the opportunities and challenges presented by COVID 19, I was inspired to create a new project bringing live harp music to offer restful, calming events for people who feel exhausted and anxious. I would like a logo created for this project I am about to commence on. With the goal to ease mental health stresses due to intense experiences and isolation, I have modified a Ford Transit van to journey with her concert harp in a self-contained rolling, tiny home/performance space. Performances and presentations will be offered in hospitals, retirement homes, schools etc.

Project title: The FLinT Harp Journey – The “For Love in Transit” Harp Journey
My entire life has been lived creating music and sharing it out of love. This project is how I see that my gifts can be brought forward and be relevant during this time of personal and world transitions. Having travelled the world for decades, I am excited to explore cities, towns and remote communities, discovering Canada while bringing the gift of consolation through my beloved instrument, Amadei. During my long career, I have been blessed to experience the transformative power of music on the hearts of listeners and I look forward with eagerness to the special moments that are bound to be sparked through the FLinT Harp Journey.
In the logo itself, I want the FLinT to be spelled using caps and smallcase as indicated. I would also like a concert harp image and perhaps a Ford Transit van integrated into the logo. I have uploaded a photo of my harp in the van while it is being built. This is where I will be performing from. The harp will be secured in a standing position during transit.
I would like colours to suggest calm, consolation, peace. I am thinking of blue shades and lightness. The van I have at this moment is white and I will be getting a new denim blue van in November so the colours should stand out and work with the van colours.
Regarding style, although I play a lot of traditional classical music, my career has also been focussed on breaking down preconceptions and barriers so I do not want a traditional, romantic look. Rather I would prefer an image that plays on the traditional shape of a concert harp but suggests new/different/courageous/creative perspectives.
