Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Looking for a logo with a rustic, southern feel, similar to the impression of our website, https://www.shortyssmokehouseandgrill.com. The site Password is Shorty. It's password-protected as I'm not done creating it yet.

As for the design, I'm looking for something bold with a muted coloration, mostly a mix of a fire orange, black, white with maybe some gritty steel texture that implies a message of high quality food, cooked over a wood fire that brings great southern flavor to the east coast.
