Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

SysTech Automotive primary goal is to provide personalized automotive care with emphasis on technology systems for today's complex cars. I would like a simple memorable logo (logo that can be remembered without the words) design for an automotive shop that I can use on a website, t-shirts, coffee mugs, marketing, business cards, stationary. I prefer the logo to the left and wording to the right or logo on top and words underneath type designs, not apposed to other ideas, so please don't limit your creativity to just that. I need colors that will look good on both black or dark (primary) and white (secondary) backgrounds (T-shirts), I like red/maroon, but not stuck on just that color. Website it will be used on is (www.systechauto.com). Examples I like are attached.
