Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We're looking for a logo design that encapsulates our church's brand pillars, which include:
Authentic: We consistently deliver on our values.
Inspiring: We creatively teach progressive values to ages 0-100 and encourage people to take action.
Inclusive: We welcome all and offer something for everyone.
Conscientious: We embrace our society and environment.
We've pulled colors from the stained glass that's featured in our sanctuary that we'd like to use as the color pallete (in the doc attached). Also, we're not 100% sure we want a cross, because we're not one of those "pushy" Christian churches; we are very LGBTQ+ friendly, big supporters of combatting climate change and systemic racism, and, in general, are a very accepting place. If it has a cross, a more subtle one is ideal. :)
