I would love to start working on this. Before I start, I want to check and make sure I am understanding it correctly.

You guys are looking for an 11 "x 17" (portrait view) print design.

But it has to be a google DOC. Or is an editable PDF or Powerpoint/Google Slides also an option?

I would prefer landscape.

I like google doc to be able to easily update with new property. I don not think I can do that with PDF.

Can I easily print with google slides ?

Content writing would simple to describe the view. For example : Bedrooms and office
And then you can show 4 images of bedrooms and office.

It's mainly a multiple pages presentation like a binder with spirale.

You listed this contest under wring category. Please re list this under right category with clear requirements of no of pages and according budget.
