We are looking to have you design a logo for Ryan + Morgan Keller Real Estate based in Coeur d' Alene. Ultimately, the goal is to have you create a logo that speaks to the buyers and sellers, a logo that shows Ryan + Morgan Keller Real Estate helps people reach their goals of buying or selling homes. This logo should portray the feeling of elite, confidence, sophistication, authenticity and most importantly genuine.

To help create a starting point as to what we are looking for we have attached a few logos we like the feel of.

Of course we trust your professional opinion and design as you are the best at what you do! Being real estate, we like the concept of some kind of house design above/side/around the name “Ryan + Morgan Keller Real Estate” We are open to any color scheme at this point because we know you are experts and can have a lot of fun playing with that.

If it makes sense to have mountains, trees and/or lakes incorporated in, we would greatly appreciate it. We feel that it would be fitting as the area in and around Coeur d’Alene is full of mountains, trees and/or lakes. If, in your professional opinion, it makes sense it would be nice to see some mountains/trees/and or lakes as well. It is important to us that the use of mountains, trees and/or lakes is done in a professional and classy manner. We want to market to our clients by showing them we are a professional group.

Also, we have a vision of having Ryan + Morgan on the top line of the block. We really want Ryan's name to be in a "masculine" font and Morgan's name in a "feminine" font. We've toyed around with a few ideas and like having Ryan + Morgan (can also be Ryan & Morgan, Ryan and Morgan, etc. - no real preference on that part), on the top of the block and then "Keller Real Estate" on the bottom part of the block. I have uploaded a few logos that we like the look of.

The logo can have mountains/lakes/trees incorporated over the entire logo, or be solely to the left/right of the name block, etc. Whatever you think will work best! You are the experts and we are really excited to see what you come up with!

We know your team has a wealth of talent and experience and we look forward to see the direction you go with this! Our intention is to do a full re- branding of Ryan + Morgan Keller Real Estate, and the Logo is our first starting point. We understand that you have a team of designers working on this project, if possible we would be greatly appreciated to have some of your more experienced qualified members working on the logo.
