1618 Fulton Street is a brand new rental building located between the neighborhoods of Stuyvesant Heights and Crown Heights in Brooklyn NY. We have chosen the name "Garnet House" or "Garnet Heights" Garnet is a gemstone with a red hue color associated with it. It is a stone of prosperity and abundance, encouraging gratitude and service to others. Associated with the Base, Sacral, Solar Plexus and Heart Chakras, Grossular Garnet is a deeply spiritual stone. ... It is associated with the Sacral and Solar Plexus Chakras, awakening creative energies and lending power to one's will. The brand new rental building contains 104 residential units with urban amenity packages. The building facade has pops of red brick and aluminum panels with a grey brick background.
