Illustration-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need someone to create an illustration with a hand-drawn look and feel, that is clear, fun to look at, conveys core concepts with symbols and shows in a simple way how businesses can be successful by following our path to success, which is 3 simple steps/levels, or 9 distinct signature solutions. I'd like one clean version, and one version that shows what things look like before things get organised by our system. There are a couple of examples below.

These are to be created for my website.

I've included a couple of drawings that I have on the website already to give you an idea of the kind of style I like.
